In 2024, Correia Rosa pharmacies decided to mark International Women’s Day with a donation to CCC (Corações Com Coroa). This support clearly demonstrates our mission to actively contribute to the health and well-being of the community, particularly Portuguese women. CCC supports, informs, and empowers women facing poverty, violence, and discrimination.
What is the mission?
CCC works in situations of social and personal vulnerability, promoting the inclusion and dignity of all people.
The CCC promotes awareness of human rights and active, responsible citizenship. It therefore calls for effective policies that will enable genuine equality of opportunity to be achieved.
CCC works to prevent and combat all forms of domestic and gender-based violence. In doing so, it works to promote the fulfilment, autonomy and empowerment of girls and women.
