Alternative Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

In accordance with Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, users are hereby informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may refer the matter to one of the alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies listed below:

1. National Centre for Information and Arbitration on Consumer Disputes;
2. Algarve Centre for Information, Mediation and Arbitration on Consumer Disputes;
3. Coimbra District Centre for Arbitration of Consumer Disputes;
4. Lisbon Centre for the Arbitration of Consumer Disputes;
5. Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre;
6. Vale do Ave Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre / Arbitration Tribunal;
7. Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre;
8. Madeira Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre;
9. Arbitration Centre of the Autonomous University of Lisbon.

Please also note that, under the terms of Law No. 63/2019 of 16 August, in the event of disputes involving amounts of less than €5,000 (five thousand euros), you may resort to arbitration or mediation at one of the consumer dispute arbitration centres listed above
