Do you need any vaccinations? At Correia Rosa pharmacies, we offer a vaccination service. This means you can complete your vaccination course on time, conveniently and safely.
According to the World Health Organisation, vaccination prevents 4 deaths per minute worldwide, or 5,760 deaths per day. These figures relate to diseases such as diphtheria, measles, whooping cough, polio, rotavirus, pneumonia, diarrhoea, rubella and tetanus.
In Portugal, there is the National Vaccination Programme (PNV), which is universal, free of charge and accessible to everyone in Portugal. The aim is to protect individuals and the general population against diseases that pose the greatest potential threat to public and individual health and for which effective protection is available through vaccination.
What do I need to know?

There are vaccines recommended by doctors that are not included in the National Vaccination Programme (PNV), such as the seasonal flu and pneumonia vaccines. These vaccines can be purchased and administered by qualified professionals at the Caldense, Rosa and Santa Catarina pharmacies, in complete comfort, safety and speed.
- A valid prescription (except for flu and COVID-19 for eligible patients), specifying the vaccine to be administered;
- Be over 18 years of age;
- For safety reasons, we only administer vaccines purchased from our pharmacies.
The vaccine administration service costs €5* (this price does not include the cost of the vaccine).
