Samantha is our newest pharmacist!
She joined Correia Rosa pharmacies in January 2024 and has already won us over with her energy and cheerful disposition.
“Hello, my name is Samantha Anne Melo Nascimento and I was born in Toronto on 23 February 1995.
Although I was born in Canada, I have lived my whole life in Caldas da Rainha, in a small village called Reguengo da Parada, and I still live there to this day.
When I started my degree at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon, I wasn’t quite sure which area I wanted to specialise in, but I knew it would have to involve working with the public whilst also being able to help those who came to me. So, after my placement in a community pharmacy, I realised that this was exactly what I wanted to do with my life.
I’m a new addition to Correia Rosa Pharmacies, but I’ve been providing customer service and pharmaceutical advice since 2019.
Personally, my family and friends are my rock, and the moments I cherish most are those spent in their company. I like to describe myself as ‘a people person’.
I also enjoy reading, travelling and spending lots of time on the beach!’
