To my children, I’m the most fun and playful aunt, and I try to spend as much time as possible with them and make the most of it.
I really like people, but I’m also independent and a bit of a homebody, so I really enjoy spending time on my own, in my own space!

Has any experience in a pharmacy setting helped you become a better professional?
A service user tried to swallow effervescent tablets. It made me realise that my/our reality is not the same as that of others. And it is the client’s reality that we must focus on if we want to provide a high-quality service centred on solving their problems and improving their quality of life.
Has there been an experience in your life that has left a lasting impression on you?
A particularly difficult time in my personal life, and everything that happened before and after. I learnt a great deal about myself, about those around me, and about who we can really count on. And I was truly able to count on this ‘home’ (company) – something for which I will be eternally grateful!
