Has any experience in a pharmacy setting helped you become a better professional?
Being able to help a new mum cope more easily with the postnatal period. It’s a sensitive time, and I know I made a difference to that mum’s experience of motherhood. We ended up becoming friends.
Has there been an experience in your life that has left a lasting impression on you?
The birth of my son.
