Correia Rosa Pharmacies’ 75th Anniversary Gala
On 28 June, Farmácias Correia Rosa held a gala to celebrate its 75th anniversary. The event brought together current and former staff, friends and family, customers, suppliers, and the group’s institutional and social partners. The pharmacy group was founded by José Constantino Correia Rosa.
The gala took place at the Restaurante a Lareira and was attended by 120 people, who made a point of singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to the institution, which was very well represented by the founder’s family in the form of his daughters, Dr Eduarda Rosa and Mrs Margarida Rosa Tacanho, and his granddaughter Catarina Rosa Tacanho, director of the three pharmacies founded by Dr Rosa: Farmácia Caldense, Farmácia Rosa and Farmácia Santa Catarina.
Correia Rosa Pharmacies Team organised a light-hearted and entertaining gala, which looked back at some of the key moments and figures from the institution’s past and present history.

To mark this 75th anniversary, Correia Rosa Pharmacies are organising a range of initiatives and activities to raise awareness and promote good health and wellbeing practices within the community, with the support of their extensive network of partners. Free blood glucose tests, a series of Talks on Health and Wellbeing, and an exhibition marking the institution’s 75th anniversary are just some of the events scheduled for the coming months.
The Pharmacies Correia Rosa celebrated officially the his birthday in the 1 day july 75 years after at the opening from Caldense Pharmacy under the direction of Dr. Rosa.
